By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as “Policies”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or Policies, you should refrain from using the Website.

- By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.

- All products are sourced from authorized manufacturers or distributors.

4. User Information & Checkout
- Customers may place orders using guest checkout; account creation is not mandatory.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout, including delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.
- Gretex Industries Limited shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Gretex Industries Limited reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- An order is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and order acknowledgement.
- Customers may cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting customer support with the Order ID.
- If an order has already been shipped, cancellation shall be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed after the product is received back, after deducting the actual onward shipping cost incurred, in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Key points include:
- Delivery is available within India only, subject to serviceable pin codes.
- Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners, including Delhivery.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Gretex Industries Limited shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused after dispatch by third-party logistics partners.
8. Open Box Delivery, Transit Damage & Missing Items
- For eligible products, customers may inspect the package during Open Box Delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
- If physical damage or missing items are observed, customers must inform the delivery agent immediately and refuse delivery.
- Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos, as specified in the Shipping Policy.
9. Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items
- A 15-day return window from the date of delivery applies to most products, subject to eligibility conditions and quality inspection.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or transit damage:
- Wind instruments (including flutes, harmonicas, saxophones, etc.)
- Microphones
- Headphones / earphones
- Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items
- Products involving software activation or digital/warranty registration
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.
All return and refund conditions are governed strictly by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
- Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Gretex Industries Limited acts as a seller/distributor and does not provide independent warranties, unless expressly stated.
- Warranty claims shall be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
- Gretex Industries Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
