Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery availability may vary based on location, courier network, and product type.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of delays due to high order volume, stock unavailability, or operational constraints, customers will be notified.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote / difficult-to-access areas: 7–12 business days

These are indicative timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • For heavy, oversized, or high-value items, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.
  • Any such charges will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed using high-grade protective packaging to ensure safe transit (especially important for fragile musical instruments).
  • We follow standard industry practices including double-layer packaging, foam protection, and tamper-proof sealing.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or warehouse depending on availability.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 2–3 attempts to deliver the order.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
    • The package may be returned to us.
    • Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.

8. Open Box Delivery

For eligible products, we follow an Open Box Policy:

  • Customers may open the package in the delivery agent’s presence to verify the product.
  • In case of physical damage or missing items, customers must inform the delivery agent immediately and refuse delivery.
  • Claims made after accepting the package may require additional verification.

9. Transit Damage / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete product:

  • Report it within 24–48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos of the packaging and product.
  • Claims raised outside this window may not be eligible due to courier claim limitations.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.

10. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Orders may be delayed or returned if incorrect shipping details are provided.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
    • Incorrect/incomplete address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Unreachable phone number
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

11. Delivery Restrictions

  • Certain locations may have delivery limitations for high-value or fragile items.
  • If delivery is not feasible after order placement, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund.
