The Yamaha APX600 acoustic guitar features a unique under-saddle piezo pickup, Yamaha’s proprietary Pickup-R transducer, the same pickup used in the highly acclaimed A-Series range. This pickup boasts an incredible dynamic range, allowing you to switch from acoustic to electric with a tap. It also delivers a natural tone, feedback rejection, and mix-friendly sound that guitarists need and want. Yamaha’s legendary active preamp remains a major feature of the APX series, and, being built by Yamaha’s audio-visual division, the sound quality is exactly what you would expect from the world’s number one.
